These natural characteristics are not defects and add to the authenticity of each piece.
Custom-made, personalised, or made-to-order products are manufactured to your specifications. These items cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged for change of mind once production has commenced, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Confirmed orders will not be affected by later price changes.
Unless otherwise agreed, full payment is required before your order is dispatched. Deposits paid for custom orders are non-refundable once work has commenced.
We ship Australia-wide. Shipping costs are quoted separately unless otherwise stated.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to freight carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Unique Barrels is not responsible for delays once your order has been handed to the freight company.
Local pickup is available by arrangement. Customers are responsible for collecting their order within the agreed timeframe.
If depot-to-depot freight is selected, customers are responsible for collecting their order from the nominated freight depot within the carrier's required collection period.
Please inspect your order as soon as it is received. Any damage or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours and include clear photographs of the product and packaging.
